Solarsoul Journeys is a creation by Annukka — a heartfelt pathway designed to support and inspire people towards a more holistic and meaningful way of living. In today’s world, where achievement and constant productivity often overshadow presence and purpose, Solarsoul Journeys offers a gentle reminder to slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.
Through soulful experiences, guidance, and reflection, Annukka invites individuals to explore life beyond performance — to rediscover balance, inner strength, and authenticity. The mission of Solarsoul Journeys is to empower people to cultivate a vibrant everyday life — one that thrives physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Annukka
Annukka has nearly 15 years of experience in the fields of exercise and wellbeing. She has instructed both individual and group fitness, workplace wellness programs, and adapted physical activities for people of different ages and abilities. By education, Annukka is a physiotherapist and a physical education instructor, having graduated from Varala Sports Institute. In addition, she is a certified personal trainer and has completed several supplementary courses related to exercise instruction and wellbeing. Currently, she is studying to become a RYT200-certified yoga teacher.
Annukka also holds degrees in Community Education and Business Administration, as well as university studies in Special Education and Sport Sciences. Through this broad educational background, she has gained a holistic understanding of human wellbeing and the many factors that contribute to overall functional capacity.
Her personal experiences with burnout, musculoskeletal challenges, and nervous system overload have brought depth and authenticity to her coaching. Annukka understands how a fast-paced society affects holistic wellbeing and the sense of meaning in everyday life.
Through her work, Annukka wants to help people find balance, kindness, and meaning amidst the demands of daily life. She believes that wellbeing can be built through small, compassionate steps—without pressure or performance—by listening to one’s own body and mind. Annukka believes that everyone has the potential to create a more meaningful and balanced life, and she wants to walk that path together with you.
In her free time, Annukka enjoys creative pursuits such as photography and painting. She finds relaxation especially in nature, where her mind calms and inspiration flows. She also loves to travel, as it broadens her perspective and deepens her connection with different cultures and people. Responsibility and sustainable values are important to Annukka both in her work and in her everyday life, and she believes that by acting gently and in alignment with these values, we can together build a better future.
