Solarsoul Journeys is Annukka’s creation — a heart-born path designed to support and inspire people toward a more holistic and meaningful way of living. In today’s world, where achievements and constant striving often overshadow presence and purpose, Solarsoul Journeys gently reminds us to slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.

Through soulful experiences, guidance, and reflection, Annukka invites people to explore life beyond performance — to rediscover balance, inner strength, and authenticity. The mission of Solarsoul Journeys is to empower people to create a vibrant everyday life — one that flourishes physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Annukka

In my work, I want to help people find balance, gentleness, and meaning amidst the demands of everyday life. I believe that wellbeing can be built through small, compassionate steps — without pressure or constant striving — by listening to one’s own body and mind. I believe that everyone has the possibility to create a more meaningful and balanced life for themselves, and I want to walk this path together with you.

My personal experiences with burnout, musculoskeletal challenges, and nervous system overload have brought depth and authenticity to my guidance. I understand how a fast-paced society impacts holistic wellbeing and the sense of meaning in daily life.

I have nearly 15 years of experience in the field of exercise and wellbeing. I have instructed both individual and group exercise, workplace wellbeing programs, and adapted physical activity for people of different ages and ability levels. By education, I am a physiotherapist and an exercise instructor, and I graduated from Varala Sports Institute. I have also completed a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga teacher training (RYT200) in Canada. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer and have further expanded my expertise through various continuing education courses related to exercise instruction and wellbeing.

I am also trained as a community educator and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and I have completed university studies in special education and sport sciences. My diverse educational background has given me a holistic understanding of human wellbeing and the many factors that influence functional capacity.

In my free time, I enjoy creative activities such as photography and painting. I especially find relaxation in nature, where my mind calms and inspiration flows. I also love traveling, as it broadens my perspectives and deepens my connection with different cultures and people. Responsibility and sustainable values are important to me both in my work and everyday life, and I believe that by acting with kindness and in alignment with these values, we can together build a better future.
